Mr. Airaghi assists companies, private equity and venture capital funds on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters including share deals and asset deals, acquisition of business and of business units, mergers, demergers and transformations, joint ventures, investment agreements and general corporate advice.

Mr. Airaghi has also gained experience in assisting financial intermediaries, asset management and securities brokerage companies with regard to their incorporation and even in the context of extraordinary transactions, dealing with both corporate and regulatory aspects.
