Mariafiore Miniussi is a dual-qualified attorney (New York and Italy), associate in the international arbitration group based in London.
Mrs. Miniussi advises and represents private clients and public entities on complex disputes, in international arbitration and cross-border litigation proceedings. She has acted in arbitrations held under a variety of arbitral rules including those of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) and the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI). She has also acted as secretary to arbitral tribunals.
Her major fields of practice include energy, construction and engineering and post M&A disputes.
Mrs. Miniussi holds a J.D. in international law from the Catholic University of Milan as well as an LL.M. degree in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of law, where she graduated both with distinction. She also completed an exchange program at the Rhodes College School of Law in Memphis where she was awarded the Dean’s List.
Earlier in her career, she worked in an arbitration boutique based in Geneva and in the litigation & arbitration department of a leading Italian firm based in Milan. During her LL.M. studies she also interned in the arbitration departments of two leading US firms located in Miami.
