Ms. Ozolins focuses her practice on international investment and commercial arbitration matters. She has had the opportunity to represent clients in disputes spanning various industry sectors, including banking, pension fund management, natural resource extraction, taxation, construction, real estate, and food retail and distribution, among others.

She has worked on investor-state arbitrations under the arbitration rules of ICSID, the ICSID Additional Facility, and UNCITRAL, representing foreign states. Additionally, Ms. Ozolins has advocated for private companies in international commercial arbitrations administered by institutions like SIAC, ICC, DIFC-LCIA, and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration. She also contributes to the firm's practice advising clients on navigating sanctions regimes established by the US, EU, and UK.

Currently, Ms. Ozolins serves as Secretary to the IBA Arbitration Guidelines and Rules Subcommittee. She has had the privilege of teaching seminars for government officials and private practitioners as part of training programs organized by the International Law Institute.

Prior to joining the Washington, DC office, Ms. Ozolins worked in the firm's Dubai office, focusing on commercial arbitrations and litigation in the DIFC. During law school, she clerked at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and assisted with the Boston College Appellate Project, where she researched, briefed, and argued an immigration case argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Ozolins maintains an active pro bono practice representing detained individuals in removal proceedings before US immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
