Miriam Zari is an associate in the International Arbitration group.

Ms. Zari’s experience includes assisting sovereign clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations and international dispute resolution procedures.

Ms. Zari developed complementary experience in domestic litigation on behalf of sovereign States and related entities. Separately, she had the opportunity to advise clients on international sanctions and restrictive measures issued by the EU.

Enrolled in the Milan Lawyers’ Bar, Ms. Zari is a member of the Executive Committee of AA40 – The Italian Below40 Arbitration Association. In this capacity, she organizes and takes part in several events dedicated to the promotion of arbitration and ADR culture in Italy.
