Mr. Calderón's experience spans AmLaw 100 law firms in Washington, D.C., where he represented multinational corporations, commercial banks, financial institutions, sponsors, and multilateral development organizations on various transactional and regulatory matters.
Previously, as counsel in the Legal Division of the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), now IDB Invest, Mr. Calderon drafted key legal documentation for infrastructure and energy project financing across Latin America, including hydroelectric and solar power facilities in Ecuador, Peru, and Haiti.
