Gouia Sarah

Sarah Gouia is an Associate in the London office. Her practice focuses on investor-state arbitrations, public international law, corporate and general litigation matters.

Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Gouia worked at a London-based charity, as a legal officer in their programme dedicated to assisting African states develop new legal instruments to combat the illicit trafficking in falsified medicines. Ms. Gouia has a dual academic background in Law and Political Sciences. During her LL.B. degree, she was awarded the OUP Prize for Best Performance for Senior Status LL.B. Final Year, the Wildy & Sons Prize for Best Performance in Law of Tort, and the SOAS School of Law Prize for Best Performance in Public International Law. During her LL.M. studies, she was selected to be a member of the London School of Economics and Political Science’s team to compete in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
