Sofia Forestiere is an associate in the corporate group of the firm, with a specific focus on export control, trade and general compliance issues.

Mrs. Forestiere's experience includes dual use and military laws and regulations, as well as economic sanctions and embargos, foreign direct investment laws, investigation and white collar crimes. Her practice extends to mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mrs. Forestiere worked for another primary international law firm, where she has developed significant knowledge in international sanctions and trade compliance, especially in the EU.
