Steven Thomas is part of Curtis’ Commercial Litigation group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience litigating in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Thomas is also active in Curtis’ intellectual property practice. He maintains an active pro bono practice, and works with other Curtis attorneys to prepare amicus briefs for cases before the United States Supreme Court.

During law school, Mr. Thomas was a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review and the International Human Rights Clinic. He previously interned at The Legal Aid Society.
