Tobias M. Koch advises fund sponsors and fund managers as well as investors on German, EU and international legal and regulatory matters concerning investment funds and asset management.

Particularly, Mr. Koch advises national and international investor clients on their fund investments across all major asset classes, including and primarily private equity and venture capital, infrastructure and debt. His related experience comprises eligibility assessments of investments, e.g. under the German Investment Ordinance, as well as advising development financial institutions.

Mr. Koch is further experienced in advising national and international fund sponsors and management teams on the formation, structuring and implementation of investment funds of various asset classes, primarily relating to domestic mid-market private equity and venture capital funds.
