Valarie Hing is a partner in the Corporate group. Her practice focuses on capital market, finance and mergers and acquisition matters. She has advised on a wide range of transactions, including public and private securities offerings and purchases, secured bank and non-bank lending and borrowing transactions and mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic investments and partnerships involving public and private companies.
Ms. Hing also counsels clients on securities laws compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Ms. Hing has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and executing cross-border transactions and working with sovereigns and sovereign-owned entities and other international clients and counterparties, and has represented clients operating in various industries, including mining and natural resource development and refining, manufacturing, and shipping and logistics.
Ms. Hing also advises not-for-profit entities on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.
