Claudia King is an associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation groups. Her practice focuses on investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitration, the enforcement of arbitral awards, cross-border commercial litigation and public international law disputes.

Ms. King has experience in the representation of sovereign states and state-owned entities as well as private-sector companies across a variety of fields, including construction and infrastructure, oil and gas and telecommunications.

She has experience in arbitrations conducted under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and United Nations Commission of International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules, as well as English court litigation up to and including the Court of Appeal.

Ms. King also has experience in data privacy and security law. She is a Privacy Officer for the Curtis London office and advises on the European General Data Protection Regulation.
