Joseph Clyne is the firm’s Managing Attorney with experience in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation matters in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Clyne serves as the firm’s liaison with all U.S. court systems. He tracks changes in the courts’ practices and procedures and ensures the firm’s compliance with those practices and procedures. Mr. Clyne responds to attorneys’ procedural questions and trains incoming attorneys on procedural matters. He supervises retrieval of documents from courts, legalization of documents for use abroad and service and filing of documents with U.S. courts.
