Esteban Daireaux has a broad practice in general business law, with extensive experience of advising Argentine and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financings. He also represents banks and creditors in debt restructurings, reorganization proceedings and bankruptcies.

Mr. Daireaux has recently worked on several major structured financings in Argentina. Prior to joining Curtis, he spent two years working in the New York office of a major U.S. international law firm.

Mr. Daireaux has also been an associate professor of commercial law at the Argentine Catholic University Law School and has published various articles in the fields of banking and corporate law.
