Pablo Augusto Gargano

Mr. Gargano represents companies, professionals and executives in labor law and employment litigation and has substantial trial experience on both sides of contractual and post-termination cases. He regularly assists employers in collective negotiations and has negotiated compensation, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment, as well as being an expert on social security matters. He also supports the day-to-day operation of corporate compliance programs, code of conduct drafting, implementation and training and policy violation investigations.

Mr. Gargano was formerly an assistant professor at University of Buenos Aires Law School and an associate in the Labor and Employment Group at another international law firm in Buenos Aires.
