Angeles Musso is an associate in the Buenos Aires office. She focuses her practice on complex corporate and commercial transactions in local and international jurisdictions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, spin-offs, trusts and joint ventures.

Ms. Musso advises clients in different business areas (such as real estate, capital markets, antitrust and compliance regulations) and has significant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in various industries, including raw materials and consumer goods and services.

Ms. Musso also has experience in domestic and international financing transactions, having participated in loan agreements granted by public and private institutions.
