Kendyl Green is an associate in the Corporate department in Curtis’ New York office. Ms. Green has experience in a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, finance, and securities law. She earned her LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law at the Georgetown University Law Center and studied in the M.B.A. program at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Green externed at a large international law firm in their Corporate Business Transactions department. She also worked in-house at a prominent media corporation where she was responsible for a variety of corporate entertainment law matters.
