Highly experienced competition and antitrust partner Manfredi De Vita advises corporate and sovereign clients and appears frequently before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission, as well as before the review courts, in cartel, abuse of dominant position, merger control and State aid cases.

Mr. De Vita lectures on European and competition law topics and is regarded as a leading specialist in those fields in the Italian market, where is widely published in legal journals as an authority on competition law and authored the seminal competition law casebook, “Il Diritto della Concorrenza nella Giurisprudenza” (Torino, 2009, pp. XL - 513).

Mr. De Vita’s experience also includes 8 years of service with European and Italian regulatory authorities, first at the Legal Service and Cabinet of the President of the Italian Competition Authority in Rome, and then at the DG Competition of the European Commission in Brussels.
