Ms. Stojkovska is an associate in the Litigation group as well as in the Restructuring and Insolvency departments of the firm. Ms. Stojkovska’s experience includes assisting Italian and foreign corporations in cross-border insolvency proceedings and she has been involved in a number of complex disputes at every judicial level of the Italian system in comercial and insurance sectors.
