Mr. Habib has extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and capital markets transactions in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and cross border throughout the EMEA region with a particular focus on transactions in the FMCG, healthcare, education and oil & gas sectors.
Previously Mr. Habib was at an international law firm, based in Dubai, he has also worked in Kuwait and the United States, including in-house at a multinational and diversified family-owned conglomerate.
