She focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has assisted international corporations in connection with their investments in France and in the OHADA zone.
Multilingual Ms. Stefanova speaks French, Bulgarian, English and Russian, and holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Paris-Saclay, as well as a Master’s degree (Master 2) in European Law from the University of Nanterre.
Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Stefanova was an associate at Bichot & Associés after a year's experience at an international law firm in Paris.
