Katherine Afzal is an associate in the International Trade group of the firm.

Ms. Afzal helps to represent and advise foreign companies and governments in U.S. trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. As a member of the International Trade team, she has also been involved in several U.S. court appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on trade remedy issues.

Prior to law school, Ms. Afzal worked as an International Trade Legal Law Clerk and Legal Assistant providing support in a variety of international trade cases and disputes before the World Trade Organization (WTO) and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
