Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Djemia trained in French and international law firms in Paris. He has also completed internships in the legal departments of international companies, where he gained experience in the aerospace and airline industries, assisting in particular on M&A transactions.
Mr. Djemia holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Mergers and Acquisitions Law from the University of Paris-Saclay, as well as an Advanced Master’s Degree (Mastère Spécialisé) in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
