He has experience advising and assisting fund manager and fund sponsor as well as investor clients in the structuring, negotiation, documentation and closing of investments, including the negotiation and drafting of limited partnership agreements (and other fund operating agreements), investment management agreements, commitment agreements, side letters and co-investment arrangements as well as advising on funds- and institutional investors-related regulatory matters.
Before joining Curtis, Jan Schoberwalter was a member of the corporate department and the funds & investment management group of an international law firm in Frankfurt.
