Erica Sotgiu's experience mainly focuses on legal assistance to state-owned enterprises and public companies with respect to administrative law matters, mostly in relation to public procurement and tenders.

Mrs. Sotgiu also has experience in advising private companies and investment real estate funds in the context of M&A transactions related to the acquisition, development and disposal of residential and non-residential real estate portfolios, mostly focusing on administrative real estate and environmental matters, as well as general corporate assistance, commercial contracts and other M&A ancillary activities.
