Mr. Romano mainly deals with venture capital, innovative start-ups and small caps, providing advisory both in connection to extraordinary transactions and day-to-day assistance.
As part of the M&A team, he supports and advises national and international clients in the corporate and commercial sectors, including domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions.
He has also experience in advising investment real estate funds in the context of domestic and cross-border transactions, focusing on acquisition, disposal and requalification of large portfolios.
