Ms. Sarvia specializes in commercial and corporate law, private M&A, private equity transactions and joint ventures. She has gained substantial experience while supporting international clients on several corporate extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Ms. Sarvia also provides out-of-court legal assistance to companies in their day-to-day business.
Ms. Sarvia is enrolled in the Milan Lawyers’ Bar. Before joining Curtis, she trained in the corporate department of other international law firms, focusing on corporate and M&A deals.
