Mr. Chandler focuses his practice on trade
remedies litigation, representing and advising companies and
governments in U.S. trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of
Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as in appeals
before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit.
Mr. Chandler clerked for the Honorable
Timothy C. Stanceu, a judge on the U.S. Court of International Trade, where he
assisted in drafting judicial opinions reviewing customs and trade remedies
determinations of U.S. government agencies. Drawing on his background as a
former corporate lawyer, he has an understanding of the commercial challenges
clients face beyond trade matters, having worked on capital markets and complex
finance transactions, as well as major Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases at a
large international law firm. His experience also includes both legal and
non-legal roles at technology, apparel, and shipping companies.
