With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Sjoberg has a sharp focus on representing foreign manufacturer/exporters and U.S. importers involved in trade remedy proceedings before both administrative agencies and federal courts. This includes the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the U.S. Trade Representative,, U.S. Congress, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Court of Appeals.
