Ms. Green has experience in a broad range of high value contractual and tortious disputes, and has a particular focus on the energy, chemicals, financial services and transport sectors.
She has advised corporations, financial institutions and government entities on all stages of dispute resolution, and has represented clients in commercial litigation in the English courts (High Court and Court of Appeal) and international commercial arbitration proceedings. Additionally, she has experience in advising on enforcement and investor-state matters.
Prior to joining Curtis in 2024, Ms. Green practiced at a leading transatlantic law firm specialising in commercial litigation and international arbitration, as well as regulatory matters. She also gained invaluable secondment experience with a global insurer.
