The arbitration team is well known for its success in international investment treaty arbitration as well as commercial arbitration. The team includes former ICSID counsel, professors of international law and attorneys who are active and contributing to thought leadership in this area of law. They work across the full spectrum of representation, from drafting arbitration clauses, through representing clients before arbitral tribunals and court proceedings relating to provisional remedies as well as recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards under all major arbitration rules.
